my recent stay in maastricht was made perfect by dormio hotel de prins van oranje. the staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and support during a difficult time. the resort offered fantastic amenities, including free laundry service and convenient bike hire. the location was ideal, away from the city but still close enough to explore. highly recommended!

We stayed at a unique hotel that was actually rebuilt from regular apartments. Though it was a bit strange, we enjoyed our time at Dormio Hotel. the kids had a great time in the swimming pool and at the kids club, and there was plenty for them to do. the cozy holiday park atmosphere added to the charm of our stay. We also liked the convenient location near beautiful landscapes and the option to rent bikes to easily reach the center of town. the morning bakery was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy breakfast without having to book it in advance.

Nothing that I didn't like 👎.

The hotel is located in a quiet suburban area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It is conveniently situated in front of a food court, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. The rooms are spacious and practical, with a living room and kitchen. The bathroom is nice and spacious, and some rooms offer a nice view. The hotel also has a bakery open every morning, providing a convenient option for breakfast.

The service provided by the front desk could use some improvement.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries I had.

The hotel had good space in the room and was situated in a convenient location. We enjoyed the complimentary amenities that they provided. the on-site restaurant was a plus providing us with some gourmet dishes that were available all day long.

During Easter, the hotel was packed with screaming kids who ran up and down all night. the room was stuffy because there was no air conditioning and we had to keep the windows closed because of the noise.

Additionally, the availability of parking and the option to charge my car was a convenient bonus.

I did find it a bit disappointing that there was no air conditioning in the room, which made it a little warm during the summer days. Furthermore, the swimming pool was not ideal for adult swimming as it was on the smaller side.
