It was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. - Silent nights: Despite being in a central location, the hotel offered a peaceful and quiet environment during the night, allowing for a good night's sleep.

Issues with amenities: There were some issues with the air conditioning unit not functioning properly, and phones not charging without the key card in the light fixture. These inconveniences could be improved for a better guest experience.

The cozy and appealing lighting added to the pleasant ambiance. The washroom followed hygienic norms. The reception staff, especially Ariel and Sebastian, were super friendly and helpful. This budget hotel offers outstanding value for money, with above-average beds and top-quality bed linen. The receptionists are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, better than in many 5-star hotels.
