Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms. The facilities were very nice, and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. Some issues with the room, such as poor drainage in the shower and a leaking coffee machine.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is situated close to a tram station which makes it easy to reach nearby attractions, including the beach and the World Forum. The breakfast selection is very good. During the Christmas period, the decorations were really festive and gave a warm atmosphere to the hotel's common areas.

Some small things were missing from the room, such as a fridge or bathrobe, and the shower did not have a door, causing water to easily splash onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and we found some of the previous guest's items still in the sink.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the beach. You can easily walk to the beach within a few minutes and enjoy the beautiful sea views. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and there are a variety of options to choose from.

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was, despite being concerned about potential noise from the trams and traffic. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, were a nice touch. The hotel also offered room service, which was convenient for those times when we wanted to relax and dine in. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely recommend it for families as well.
