The location is unbeatable , with easy access to trams and friendly staff making every interaction enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were lacking , with hair found on the pillow and dusty surfaces that detracted from my experience.

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated!!! Poor lighting in rooms meant I squinted to see, and frequent illumination issues certainly impacted the mood. The steep stairs should have been mentioned upfront!!! More attention to maintenance is a must, as I encountered ongoing issues like a malfunctioning key card!!!

dear golden mansion aparthotel, my room reeked of dust, and the toilet was, well, not exactly pristine. the key situation was baffling, waiting ages for help. also, a complimentary stay was surely deserved after the inconveniences. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i remembered the smoke and stains. shame, really.

Upgraded to a better room, much appreciated!

Consider bringing some extra cooking utensils, as the kitchen lacks essential items for meal prep.

i had a lovely couple of nights in amsterdam, and staying here exceeded my expectations. the staff was super helpful, especially when one of us fell ill, which made our trip less stressful. the apartment was spacious, bright, and located near great restaurants and transport options.

the coffee machine wasn’t working during my stay.

Howay, man! The location was canny lush, just round the corner from The School of Life cafe, and the staff were proper friendly. But, crikey, them steps were a bit of a trek. Overall, a decent stay, though! Would consider coming back again.

The location was ideal, allowing our group to stroll to numerous attractions easily. We found the unit welcoming and cozy, perfect for our large family reunion, and we made great use of the well-equipped kitchen to whip up meals together.

My kids wished for more activities for young ones.

the kitchen had useful appliances and was well equipped for simple meals. it was difficult to move around in the small studio with two big bags.

The location was fantastic really close to tram stops and cafes nearby made exploring so easy. Plus the staff were super friendly and the kitchenette had basics for cooking. Nice bathroom setup too.

The studio apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for a cozy stay. I loved the well-equipped kitchenette. made cooking so easy! It was pretty warm, and adjusting the heating was a breeze. Only downside was the lighting. it could really use a brighter vibe. Definitely a solid spot!

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment had facilities for self-catering, which I appreciated. I had a minor issue on checkout when I realized I left behind my toiletry bag. It was a bit frustrating not to receive any updates after calling about it. However, I liked the location, with several supermarkets a short walk away. Being from Rome, I found the layout of the apartment functional for both cooking and relaxing.
