I recently celebrated the New Year in a hotel in Rotterdam and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was just a short walk to the train station and it was centrally located near the market hall, the harbor, and all the main restaurants and bars in the city. This made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were amazing. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure that everything was perfect and even provided VIP perks like complimentary wine, snacks, and breakfast. It was such a nice touch that made our stay even more special.

While my stay at the hotel was overall fantastic, there were a few things that could have been improved. there were a few minor issues with the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional, and we especially loved the valet service. It was a nice touch to receive a free bottle of water in the car after checking out. Additionally, the breakfast on Christmas morning was abundant and delicious, even staying open past the official time.

While the bed was comfortable, the lack of a box spring for a 5-star hotel. The mattress itself was fine, but sleeping on a wooden board was not very enjoyable.
