The staff at Hilton were incredibly helpful and empathetic when our room reservation wasn't initially booked. They went above and beyond to assist us, and we were grateful for their support. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast included in our stay was delicious. The swimming pool was clean and the water was pleasantly warm. The prompt and professional room service, as well as the mesmerizing surroundings, added to our positive experience. The hotel also offers massages, which is a nice touch.

The room we were initially given did not meet our expectations and we had to request a different room. the cleanliness of the new room was not up to par, with hair found on the bed and in the bathtub.

Liked the location of the hotel as it was surrounded by beautiful nature and had a peaceful atmosphere. Also, the breakfast provided was excellent and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Disliked the fact that the Wi, Fi was not effective at all, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the check, in process was slow and the reception did not inform us that we were given a different room than what we had booked.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the AutoRoute and Utrecht City Centre. I enjoyed the nearby forest park for walking and cycling, and the 18-hole par 3 golf course was a big bonus. The restaurant terrace had a nice, serene atmosphere. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.

There were a few drawbacks. I was also disappointed to find that my credit card was charged twice, causing some inconvenience.

The spacious swimming pool area was a great place to relax and unwind. the room itself was also spacious and provided plenty of comfort during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to various key locations such as Apeldoorn, Zeist, and Utrecht.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the shower door in our room did not work properly, and there were no bath robes or slippers provided.

This lovely friendly hotel is in a great location, right next to a golf course and on the outskirts of Soest. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and I was lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the newly refurbished rooms with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. The pool, gym, and spa facilities were excellent, and I got to enjoy them all to myself. The breakfast was also top-notch, and I appreciated the convenience of the location, close to Utrecht and other cities and with easy access to the highway.
