I expected a room upgrade after all that, but no one seemed to care about my comfort. breakfast was a disaster, ran out of items and lack of chairs. I just couldn't recommend this place.

the air conditioning was completely useless, we had to complain every evening, what a joy. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness, discovering blood stains on my sheets was a delightful surprise. It makes sense given the shocking lack of room service. obviously I woudl ve been treated better if I was royalty. just couldn’t recommend this stay.
