We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, ensuring all our needs were met with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and within walking distance to shops and the city center. The upgraded room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the air-conditioning and coffee machine, were top-notch. Additionally, the free parking right in front of the hotel was a great perk.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is close to the main highway and entrance to the city, making it easy to find and providing free parking. We also appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to the old center of the city, allowing us to explore without needing transportation. Additionally, the room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the little details such as the old telephone and funny cactus. The spacious bathroom was also a bonus.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. When I mentioned that I preferred a quieter room, they immediately moved me to a room at the back of the hotel, ensuring my comfort and peace. They even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for a taxi when my Uber app wasn't working. The level of service and hospitality was truly exceptional.

There was only one small disappointment I encountered during my stay. Although the hotel provided an environment-friendly paper waste bag in the bathroom, I noticed that the waste basket in the room still had a plastic liner.

Friendly staff helped us find the right hotel near AFAS live in Amsterdam. Clean, quiet room with good food and classy decor. Easy parking, nice sleep, large room with nice bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff, and spacious family room. Wonderful stay with free parking.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all that Alkmaar has to offer. It is also right next to the impressive AZ Alkmaar stadium, perfect for football fans. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with outstanding showers that provide a refreshing start to the day. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right.

It would be great if there were more food options available in the hotel's restaurant.

Some of the beds could have been made a bit better. One bed in our room was not very comfortable, and there was no sparkling water in the common areas.
