We had a wonderful Christmas stay! The breakfast was satisfying and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the marketplace and great restaurants in the center. We loved that we could park our car on the premises and easily explore the city. The quirky cow-themed decor in the room was a fun touch, and our children enjoyed having their own sleeping area. a great experience!

The beds were a little soft for our liking, and the window was initially difficult to open, making the room quite hot overnight. Instructions on how to open the window would have been helpful.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, in a beautiful square. It offers great value for money, with rooms that have character, like the Mexican bedroom with bunk beds. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is exceptional, with fresh products and delicious home-made bread.

All was top-notch, no improvements needed.

The cafe on the first floor is nice, and offers an enjoyable complementary breakfast. The hotel has some very interesting themes, and it gives the place a rather unique feel and charm.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center. You can easily walk to the market square and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms have unique decor with a natural theme, making them comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms are well-designed, with a separate shower area. The staff provides friendly service and the complimentary breakfast buffet is a treat.
