We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The room was not only clean and comfortable, but also nicely decorated with new amenities. The hotel's location in a nice area was perfect for us, as it was centrally located and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding attractions. We also loved the fact that there was free parking available, which made our stay even more convenient.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The food served at the restaurant was absolutely superb and I loved the fact that it was always fresh. My spacious room was spotlessly clean and provided me with enhanced comfort throughout my stay. I was also impressed with the reliable hot water in the bathroom and the pleasant private outside terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The room at Hotel Karsten was spacious and comfortable, with a reliable hot water supply. I particularly enjoyed the private outside terrace, perfect for relaxing with a drink. Despite a few small niggles, the staff made my stay pleasant with their happy and friendly attitude. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to translate everything for me. The location in Norg was ideal, with beautiful biking routes nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. The restaurant served tasty food and the staff there were also friendly. I had a great experience at Hotel Karsten and would recommend it to others.

Location was great, snowy hills and lovely nature. the bed was soft and cozy, great for sleeping after a long day of skiing. the hot cocoa in the lobby was a nice touch and warmed us up after being outside.

The whole place felt old and outdated. the carpet in the room was stained, and the heater was noisy and unevenly heated the room.

I was able to easily explore the beautiful biking routes and the supermarket was conveniently nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with a nice clean room that felt basically new. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, providing attentive and helpful service from morning to night. The food at the restaurant was superb and always fresh. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return for another stay.
