I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to a ferry that took me to the other side of the city, away from the busy city center. The pier with regular ferrries to the city was also conveniently close. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and amazing views from the window. The bathroom was spotless and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, offering something for everyone's taste.

That the room didn't have a mini fridge, which would have been a nice addition.

The view from our room at Hotel Pontsteiger was absolutely stunning. We were greeted with a breathtaking view of the river every morning and it made our stay even more memorable. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nice restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a pleasant walk to the city center, which we enjoyed. The room itself was comfortable, with a big shower and a Nespresso machine for our convenience. We also loved the addition of a Marshall speaker, which allowed us to play our own music without disturbing anyone. The breakfast offered in the restaurant area was more than just a basic bag, which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend Hotel Pontsteiger for its amazing views, convenient location, and comfortable room amenities.

The room was comfortable enough and very modern. the view from the room was beautiful and refreshing. the shower pressure was good.

The hotel had no room service and no restaurant facilities, which was really disappointing. there was no privacy as the rooms have big windows facing a public area.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and I even had the option to take a ferry which made getting around so easy. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful water. The room itself was well-decorated and extremely clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I appreciated that fresh sheets and towels were provided every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and efficient.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk or ferry ride from the central station. The view from the room is spectacular, facing the waterfront. The hotel facilities were great, including a cozy restaurant with a covered outdoors area and a lounge area by the water, perfect for enjoying a cocktail and fresh air, even on a rainy day. The staff was young, enthusiastic, and friendly.
