Rembrandt made us feel at home with their warm welcome. The staff were kind to our kids, giving them toys. The location was excellent, close to local transport and cafes. The family room had plenty of space for our children. The breakfast had an excellent selection and variety, a great start to the day. The room was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The internet was super fast, showers were clean, and the staff was amazing and friendly. We would stay there again. Price was a little more than what we wanted to pay, but all hotels in that location were expensive. Complimentary drinks in the fridge were lovely.

the hotel location was perfect, better than staying in the busy city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the blond Polish girl at check-out. the room was always clean and we even received a nice birthday present.

Some guests have mentioned that the tram passing by the hotel can be quite noisy at night, but this can easily be mitigated by using earplugs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and we were impressed with the high ceilings and large windows that provided beautiful views of the garden. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was ideal. It was located in a quiet area, yet centrally located to all the major attractions. The tram stop right outside made transportation easy, allowing us to easily get into the center within 10 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with printing museum tickets and boarding passes. Plus, the breakfast offered was delicious and reasonably priced.
