I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room in the old building was spacious and had plenty of storage. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There were a variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and the fact that the hotel had a spa. The spa was a great place to relax and unwind, and it was a nice bonus that it was available to hotel guests for free. I was highly impressed with the level of comfort and the quality of service at this hotel.

Despite the many positive aspects of this hotel, there was a slight shortage of staff during my stay. This did not impact my overall enjoyment, but it did mean that some tasks, such as cleaning up the meeting room and after lunch, had to be done by the guests themselves.

The room in the old building was charming, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the on-site restaurant was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Groningen's city and countryside.

Drawbacks: The wifi in my room didn't work, and there was no information booklet provided. However, despite being late for breakfast, the staff kindly accommodated us.

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near some popular tourist spots and the parking was free. The receptionist was polite and helpful.

The room was very noisy, it was hard to sleep because of the traffic outside. The furniture was old and the carpet had a lot of stains. The cleaning of the room wasn't done properly either, the shower was full of stains. There was no booklet in the room with information about the hotel's facilities. The wifi didn't work in our room, which was frustrating. we were disappointed with our stay and wouldn't recommend it.
