I stayed at Hyatt Regency recently and I have to say, it was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, spacious, and had a great view of the canal. The location was super convenient, close to public transportation and with charming streets nearby. The staff was top-notch, always helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, especially in terms of variety.

I recently had a brilliant stay at a hotel in Amsterdam. the location was perfect as it was in a quiet residential area yet still walking distance to the main shopping areas. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable with a great view of either the city or the university. Lastly, the staff were lovely and breakfast was included, making my stay even better. I particularly enjoyed watching TV with the view of the university.

The rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished, with a big and great shower bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and housekeeping. The breakfast and snacks during happy hour are delightful, and the bar and restaurant staff are attentive.

Although one guest experienced an unexpected alarm sound, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and explained it, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Had a lovely Easter stay! the views from the room were spectacular and the complementary wine and snacks were much appreciated. the hotel was situated in a perfect location, close to public transportation and great restaurants. the bed was super comfortable and we loved the luxurious bathroom amenities. Overall great value for money.

Although the breakfast spread was great, the restaurant was understaffed and service was slow. It took a while to get a coffee and our ordered eggs never made it to our table.

Our stay at Hyatt in Amsterdam was absolutely awesome. The hotel's location is brilliantly situated away from the touristic crowd and noise, but still close enough to the center. The cleanliness, comfort, and amenities were all top-notch. The Indonesian restaurant, Mama Makan, is a must-try gem with great food, cozy ambiance, and professional staff. The breakfast served here is also fantastic, easily one of the best I've experienced. The hotel's botanical theme adds a nice touch to the overall style and atmosphere.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt as if I was in a luxurious haven. the spa and wellness centre was the highlight of my stay, with the steam room and Turkish bath melting away any stress I had. the room was fantastic, with exclusive amenities making it an unforgettable experience. the restaurant served up delicious meals with special diet menus. the private facilities made me feel like a VIP. the location was convenient, with tram and metro stops within walking distance.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the packed lunches were not up to the standard of the other meals I had at this hotel. this did not detract from my overall experience.
