During my recent stay at Inntel Hotel, I was pleased with the comfortable bed and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a good choice and I felt well taken care of by the hotel. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station and offers easy access to the city center. The bridge nearby is illuminated at night, creating a beautiful view from the hotel. The rooms are bright and cheery, with large windows that provide stunning views of the canal. The service is friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including freshly baked breads and delicious cold cuts. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The bed covers and pillows were fab, so comfy! The cleaners were very good and cleaned absolutely everything. The locations couldn't have been better.

We loved the central location with easy access to metro and tram stops, perfect for families with children. The canal view from our room was fantastic, and the waterfront bar with live music on weekends was a great addition. The hotel's proximity to a nice market place was also a plus. Every year during the North Sea Jazz Fest, we make sure to stay here.

We enjoyed our city break at a hotel with two free complementary features, including a lovely spa and a bathroom with a view. The location was the best possible spot in the city, and it had perfect walking distance to the city center and old harbours, making it a great option to explore the magnificent city. an advantage that we enjoyed during the stay was the price, which was quite reasonable.

On the negative side, we didn't appreciate the Wi-Fi connection during our stay. The internet failed continuously and made it challenging to stay connected throughout our visit.

The service here was top-notch, with Roy the manager going above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. The amenities were also a highlight, with a lovely spa & wellness center that included an indoor pool, sauna, and massage services. Additionally, the room was spacious and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was also a great start to my day.

I recently stayed at Inntel Hotels in Rotterdam for a weekend getaway. The hotel is brilliantly located next to the bridge and river, providing a picturesque view from my room. I also loved the convenience of being able to rent bikes from the hotel, and the bikes themselves were top-notch. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel's basement restaurant served the most amazing sea bass. Highly recommend this hotel.
