i could hardly believe the chaos at this hotel during new years eve, with crowds loitering in the lobby. also, my room was comparitively small and bare for the price. i expected some kind of complimentary gesture for my troubles, but nothing. really quite a dissapointment, given the so-called luxury brand. almost would’ve given it a good review.

The wellness area was a delight, especially the

sauna and steam room, offering a great way to unwind. The breakfast was decent, but I was hoping for more variety. Service was friendly, but some room discrepancies in layout and cleanliness need addressing.

Wi-Fi was terrible, but the spa and wellness center was great for relaxation.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with lovely views from the breakfast area that made morning meals truly enjoyable and easy access to public transportation just around the corner for further exploration.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The bathroom offered a glass sliding door that didn't close properly, providing little privacy. Additionally, I found the air conditioning unreliable, making it difficult to stay comfortable during my stay. Despite the staff's friendliness, I felt my concerns weren't fully addressed, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation.

the check-in process took forever, just to receive a cramped room that reeked of mildew. i expected a lovely room upgrade or at least a complimentary welcome gift, but no such luck. Not to mention the dirty air conditioning. absolutely disgusting. i almost wrote a good review until i remembered the moldy shower. disappointing!

I loved the hotel's location. it was just a short walk to the main shopping area and offered stunning views of the river. The wellness facilities were an absolute delight, especially the sauna and pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.

The only downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi access during my stay.

The hotel enjoys a stunning location right by the Erasmus Bridge, offering breathtaking views of the waterfront. The wellness facilities include two saunas, a spacious rainforest shower, and a relaxing area with sun beds, alongside a well-sized pool that invites relaxation after a long day.

Plot twist, it’s actually great!

Attending an event nearby, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff radiated friendliness, and the breakfasts boasted amazing river views. The pool area offered a perfect escape after a busy day. Despite minor room size constraints, the stylish décor and comfort of the bed made my stay truly enjoyable.

The room provided a stunning view of the harbor,, making mornings really special. The staff were accommodating and saved our trip after an elevator mishap. I appreciated the pool area for relaxing at the day's end.

Dealing with inconsistent Wi-Fi was a hassle,, which made it tough to stay connected. Plus, the breakfast pricing felt inflated, leaving me questioning the value for my morning meal. Noise from outside disrupted my rest.

The room was super comfy with a stunning harbor view, making my mornings feel special. The wellness center was a treat with options for relaxing in the sauna and unwinding in the spa lounge. My only slight issue was a compact bathroom, but it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of my stay! 😊
