We had a very pleasant stay at Inntel Hotels. The location was ideal, being close to Utrecht Centraal. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that they wore name badges indicating the languages they spoke, which made communication easier. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a desk, and a good TV. The views from the room were also lovely, offering a scenic view of Utrecht.

Located right next to the Centraal Station, Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre is perfectly situated for travelers. The hotel is just in front of a shopping center, Hoog Catharijne, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering luxurious amenities like a whirlpool and sauna. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing swim in the enjoyable pool on the top floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has an ideal location, right next to the train station and just across the bridge from the city centre. The amenities in the room were great- ironing facilities, air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition. The staff was wonderful and really accommodating. I had a very enjoyable stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel right on the main railway station in the heart of the centre. The location was perfect for a short stay in this city, with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

my recent weekend stay in utrecht was absolutely wonderful. inntel hotels exceeded my expectations with their helpful and friendly staff, spacious and well-designed wellness room, and the amazing bath and sauna facilities. it was a pleasurable experience that i would highly recommend.

Hair conditioning products were missing.

The free champagne and snacks were a nice touch. the location was perfect for celebrating New Year's Eve with all the bars and restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel had a great view of the fireworks from the rooftop terrace.

The room was cramped and outdated, definitely not worth the high price. the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly during the New Year's rush.
