Great value for money, the room was clean and bright. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but still centrally located. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, maybe by adding more variety.

We had a wonderful stay at Houseboat Amstel Bed & Breakfast. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of Amsterdam. The concept of staying on a houseboat was truly unique and added to the novelty of our trip. We enjoyed watching the canal cruises pass by right outside our window. The kitchen area was spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

We had a mixed experience staying at Houseboat Amstel, but there were definitely some positives. The location was good, with a nice view and plenty of space for our group of six. It was also reasonably priced and had great public transport links. The communal area was spacious and well-equipped. While our stay had its flaws, overall I would recommend this hotel for its unique Amsterdam experience.

The value for money was great, the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to the city center but far enough from the crowds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing my dog to stay with me. Sleeping on the water was a unique and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We stayed at the Houseboat Amstel Bed & Breakfast for two nights and it was a unique and enjoyable experience. The concept of staying on a boat in the heart of the city was really cool, and the location was central and convenient. The boat had a spacious bathroom and kitchen area, and the owner, Jeffrey, was very responsive and accommodating. It was also great to be able to watch the canal cruises from the comfort of the houseboat. a great stay!

Would recommend this hotel.
