The location of this hotel was excellent within the vibrant 9 Streets area. It was unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The basic amenities were provided and the rooms were clean.

The bed in the room was not very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with every corner kept spick and span. we loved the amazing view from our room, which overlooked a beautiful canal.

the lack of storage space in the room made it difficult for us to store our luggage and hang up our clothing. the bathroom sink and counter were too small to comfortably fit our toiletries.

We were impressed with the warm and cozy atmosphere, especially during the cold time of year. we appreciated the option to easily adjust the heat in our room. the 24/7 bar was a great perk, serving amazing espresso martinis. the personal touch of a welcome pack and notes in the room made us feel special. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. the view from our room was beautiful and the free wifi worked well. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a great buffet breakfast included.
