The Mercure hotel is small but cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms and complimentary water and minerals in the fridge. The high ceiling and large windows make the room bright and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to popular attractions.

The staff at Mercure were incredibly welcoming and made my birthday extra special with a thoughtful gift and balloons in the room. the room itself was comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and shower. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and condiments provided. the location of the hotel was excellent, being near the square and just a short walk from the city center and main train, tram, and ferry services. We even took advantage of the convenient train and tram options when traveling to and from the airport for just 6€. There were plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, and we enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the canals.
