Felt so pampered, staff went above and beyond expectations.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the train station. It made it really convenient to travel to Amsterdam and explore the city. Additionally, having a groceries store and a good breakfast restaurant right at the train station was a huge plus. We could grab some food before heading out for the day, which saved us time and made our mornings easier.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast option at the hotel. Although there was a coffee maker in the room, it would have been nice to have a proper breakfast served.

We had a fabulous long weekend away at New Amsterdam Harlem. The triple room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The location was ideal, with easy access to the train and city center. we had an excellent stay and would definitely return.

We loved the super convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk from the train station. It made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and even take day trips to Amsterdam. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and our room was stylish and comfortable, with a small terrace overlooking a quiet backyard. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer our questions via WhatsApp. We also appreciated the little extra amenities like a coffee machine and kettle in our room.

This hotel was the perfect base for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and stylish. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a great touch, and the bathrooms were very nice. The location near the train station was convenient, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby if you didn't want to go into Amsterdam. It was also easy to travel to other attractions like Volendam, Amsterdam, and Zaanse Schans via train. Plus, there was just one bus to and from Schiphol airport.

Everything was perfect during our stay at New Amsterdam Harlem. We had a great chat with the lovely and helpful Peter, who shared the building's history. The hotel's grand and beautifully decorated interior, with its black and gold hallway, impressed us. Our room was stunning, with olive green walls and a delicious color scheme of black frames and orange furniture. It was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities, such as a balcony, Netflix, and a fantastic shower. We can't wait to return to one of the best places we've stayed!
