My partner and I booked a last-minute trip to Amsterdam and ended up staying at Park Plaza. Our room was impeccable and the shower was fantastic. The location was perfect, right by Vondelpark for a beautiful walk. I would recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Amsterdam.

Comfortable beds, beautiful location near museums and Vondel Park. Friendly and accommodating staff. Attic room well decorated with great rooftop view. Excellent breakfast and bar service.

However, the location of the hotel was superb, being situated in an upscale neighborhood with a park nearby. It was also conveniently connected to the city center through a tram stop.

The room we stayed in was in desperate need of a refurbishment. The stained carpet and dirty walls made us question the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

We got great value for our money with a clean room, comfy beds, and a fantastic shower. The location next to Vondelpark was perfect, and it was convenient to have a tram stop just 5 minutes away and famous museums within a 15-minute walk. The staff's English was excellent, and they went out of their way to provide helpful tourist information, even with a queue waiting to check in. From the cleaning staff to the hotel desk staff, everyone was lovely and made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood, quiet and close to trams. The location provides easy access to major sights and the various museums. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved the location of this place! Situated in an upscale and calm neighborhood surrounded by cozy districts, this hotel is just a stone's throw away from a beautiful park, perfect for leisure activities. The service in this venue was exceptional, providing us with numerous amenities such as room service, airport shuttle, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped with soundproofed walls, air conditioning, heating, and all other necessary facilities, making our stay much more comfortable.

This hotel is a perfect fit for families, with staff providing excellent service to make sure everyone feels comfortable and welcomed while staying here.

The staff at Park Plaza were outstanding, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from providing a temporary prayer room to even posting a postcard for us. The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

The hotel is conveniently located near Vondel park, with direct access to main areas in no time. There is a tram stop just down the road that makes it easily accessible to other connecting trams. The daily breakfast option is good value for money, with plenty of hot/cold continental options. Additionally, the decor of the bar is lovely and inviting.

The bathroom lacks space with the shower head being loose and damaged.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape! the two complementary drinks from the bar upon arrival were a fantastic touch. the location was perfect – quiet yet accessible to all the action. We enjoyed strolling through the nearby park and discovering the nearby bars and restaurants.

There were some downsides. the room lacked proper cleaning.
