Cleanliness and facilities excellent, apartment offered more freedom, easy process, nice area with park and botanic gardens nearby, convenient tram line, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

The location of the apartments is fantastic, with easy access to the Canal area, the zoo, and the metro. Additionally, being right on a tram line makes it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are clean and tidy, as mentioned in one of the reviews, and there is a large shower available.

The lack of air conditioning, as mentioned in another review, can make the rooms hot and stuffy, especially during warmer months.

the staff was incredibly nice and the location was superb. the apartment itself was cozy and equipped for light cooking, perfect for making a delicious breakfast of bacon and eggs or omelettes. Despite reading reviews about noise, we didn't experience any disturbances during our stay. the bedrooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. I especially loved the extra level of security with the main door to access the complex of apartments. the little tables outside were a great place to relax. the apartment was very clean and although small, it had everything we needed.

the staff members I encountered were professional and attentive. the facilities provided everything we needed, including plates, mugs, cutlery, and towels. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. I also appreciated the free wifi that worked even outside the rooms. being close to Mac Bike for bike rentals was an absolute plus.
