Great bed, spacious room and bathroom, very clean. Nice restaurant and lounge areas. Excellent breakfast, even enough for lunch. Could use a 24-hour receptionist but not possible in winter.

We have stayed at Bieze numerous times and always love it. the staff are lovely and helpful, the food in the restaurant is excellent, and there is a relaxed atmosphere. the room is clean, comfortable, and a good size. It's great that the hotel is centrally located in a small town, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket right on the doorstep. We also appreciate the complimentary drinks and snacks we received when we couldn't use our balcony due to the weather. Can't wait to enjoy the improved balcony next year.

Hard to think of anything 🤔

Despite the warm weather during our stay, Hotel Bieze did not have air conditioning or fans available. It would have been thoughtful for them to have fans, especially since the temperature reached 36 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately, we couldn't open the window because of bugs and the smell of trash. When we asked for ice, they had run out and some of the staff were unpleasant about our requests. Their response was rude and lacked good customer service. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel had a great location, a good-sized room for our family, and a very good breakfast. I would still recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff, excellent restaurant, clean and comfortable room, great location with shops nearby, complimentary drinks and snacks, large free car park with CCTV.
