The split level room with its 2 person bath and showers was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised with balloons and champagne during our breakfast, which made our anniversary even more special. The attentive staff made us feel well taken care of. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Rotterdam by watertaxi/bus or Metro. I highly recommend this hotel for a couples' retreat.

The staff here are exceptional, always ready to help and even cook an excellent breakfast to your liking. The room amenities, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning, provide enhanced comfort, and the mini-bar and sitting area are a nice touch. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception, ensuring a seamless stay.

Additionally, the air conditioning in the rooms was hard to adjust, leading to some discomfort during the night. the experience was mixed, with some things to like and some things to improve.
