We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even got upgraded to an amazing suite. The room felt like our own little apartment, with great facilities such as a tea and coffee machine, toiletries, and bath robes and slippers. The location was excellent, very close to everything in the center of the tourist area. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

As women travelling alone, we loved the exceptional staff at the hotel who made us feel safe and taken care of. They were friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Dam Square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room upgrade with a view and the bottle of bubbles for our anniversary were delightful surprises. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, the quietness despite the central location was impressive, and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main train station and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed.

The pillows provided were too low and there was a lack of pillow options as advertised. there was ongoing building work in the hotel that was not mentioned beforehand, leading to disturbances and disrupted sleep.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of everything. The hotel was also easy to reach from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a unique automatic curtain system that kept the room dark.

My wife and I stayed at Swissotel in Dam Square for our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel is in an unbelievable location, right in the centre of Dam overlooking Dam square. The room was lovely and clean, perfect for us, and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in. The staff were so helpful, both before and during our stay; polite, professional and very helpful. We fell in love with the city and for us, the hotel was a big part of this. Perfect location, lovely room, and great staff. Highly recommended!

The value for money at Swissotel was excellent, with a room upgrade and a stunning view of Dam Square. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring all the main attractions in the city. The friendly and efficient staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast could use improvement, particularly in terms of the sausages and bacon.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room with modern design, and clean bathroom. Convenient access to public transportation, many restaurants in walking distance, a money changer and a department store nearby, as well as a supermarket. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, it feels like a home away from home.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the city. You can easily walk to any of the nearby. sights and activities. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms have lovely, comfortable king size beds. The breakfast is included in the prices charged and is definitely worth. trying.

My room was spacious and cozy with a great big bed. The gym was well-equipped and the reception staff were incredibly helpful when my keycard stopped working. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, being a stone's throw from the bustling Dam Square and easy to get to from Amsterdam Centraal train station. You can take a stroll around the nearby shopping district or relax in the cozy beds. The staff are great, and the lobby is well-kept.

The cleanliness of the communal bathrooms can be a little lacking at times.

We had a wonderful time staying here in the heart of the bustling city centre. The location could not have been better as we were able to walk to all the major sights and attractions around the main square. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Rob the duty manager who ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was well-equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and even a soundproofed room for a peaceful night's sleep.

The free hot towels and water bottle were a nice touch. , the location was super convenient, with everything just a short stroll away. The comfy bed was another plus.

It would have been better if we were on a higher floor with a better view.
