As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the spacious and reasonably priced rooms. The staff was very accommodating when we needed a change in our reservation, and the check-in experience was smooth.

amsterdam lake was even better this time! the owner recognized us, gave us our favorite room, and their new desserts were amazing. the staff, especially jimmy, was super friendly and helpful. clean rooms, great breakfast, and good vibes all around.

Soundproofing was lacking

The staff at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were newly renovated and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. Although my room didn't have a view of the beautiful lake next to the hotel, I can imagine that it would be a wonderful sight to wake up to.

I felt like part of the family during my stay at this hotel. There was truly nothing to complain about.

During my business trip, I found a few things I enjoyed about the hotel. the complementary breakfast and welcoming staff were a refreshing start to my morning. the hotel’s proximity to the main highway made it easy to get around and saved me time during my busy schedule.

The location of the hotel made it difficult to access the airport, and the lack of a shuttle only added to my frustration. the hotel was located in a less-than-interesting neighborhood, which made it hard to find anything to do outside of work.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location and easy access to the city center via a short walk to the bus stop. The return bus ticket for only 5 euros was a great deal. The hotel's nice location near the lake added to the atmosphere of the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Amsterdam Lake Hotel. the upgraded family size room was so comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. the windows provided plenty of natural light and could be opened if desired. the room also had manual shading covers for a good dark room. the temperature regulator and extra heater kept us cozy. the hotel location exceeded our expectations with its beautiful and calm surroundings by the lake. the 24/7 service desk and bar were convenient, and the food, especially the desserts, were amazing. We didn't have to go out for food or drinks. a highly recommended stay.

The location of this hotel was great, as it was close to the airport but had a semi-rural feel, with a canal and lake nearby. It was a lovely experience taking early morning and evening walks in the peaceful surroundings. The staff was also very attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were basic but comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast served at the lakeside was excellent, offering a variety of options for a reasonable price.

That the hotel is somewhat hard to reach by public transportation, as it is far from the nearest bus station.

The hotel offered a surprise room upgrade, clean and attractive rooms and bathrooms, great location near Schiphol airport, friendly and enthusiastic new owners, spacious family room.

This hotel is situated nicely next to the airport, in a very quiet but cute area. The service and staff are both excellent and made our stay really welcoming. We loved our basic amenities and the room with a double bed and shared terrace. The view over the lake from our room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

One minor improvement could be the noise level in some rooms.
