The place was in a great location, just a short distance from Amsterdam central. It was clean, comfortable, and had a shared kitchen. the private bathroom was super clean and the daily breakfast packed in the fridge was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay here.

One drawback was that there was no sign out front, so it was a bit confusing to find the place. It would have been helpful to have a sign indicating that it's a guesthouse.

I recently stayed at The Studio Guesthouse in Volendam for a few nights. Patrick, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the property was outstanding, making it one of the most unique and enjoyable places we have ever stayed. The location was perfect - a quiet street yet just a few steps away from the busy and picturesque Volendam harbor. The included breakfast, prepared by Patrick and his wife, was absolutely monumental. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay.

Had a great Christmas stay with my family. the beds were really comfortable and the shower was fantastic. the location was perfect, in a quiet street but still within walking distance of the popular tourist area. We also appreciated the easy and safe parking available. the host was really helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. the breakfast provided in the fridge was really tasty, just what we needed to start our day.

The only downside was that the building and bathroom were very hot, and there was no window in the bathroom to let some air in. It would have been nice if breakfast was served by the hosts themselves.

The location was perfect , on a quiet street but still only a few steps away from the bustling harbor. the fact that it was situated in a yard behind the main house made it even more peaceful. the communication with the host was excellent and he allowed us to store our luggage before check, in and after check, out. the highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast prepared for us in the fridge. So many options to choose from and it made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend renting a bike and exploring the nearby town of Edam.
