The bed in our apartment was incredibly comfortable and we had fun adjusting the height with the remote control. The view from our level 14 apartment was absolutely gorgeous, especially at night with the city lights shining. we had a great location in the middle of the city with easy access to public transport and the Markthal just a short walk away.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was extremely convenient, being close to the train station, city center, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any inquiries. The hotel also had great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a gym.

I did experience some confusion with the check-in process, but the staff quickly resolved the issue.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was fabulous, being right in the center of shopping streets and within the city center. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon check-in. The room amenities were amazing, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, balcony. The staff were so nice and accommodating, especially the receptionist that greeted us from the head general manager.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, near the metro station. I was able to easily explore the lively streets and iconic landmarks of this vibrant place. The view from my spacious apartment was absolutely breathtaking. I loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying a smoke and taking in the fantastic views of both the modern and old architectural wonders that surround this hotel. The staff, from the head general manager to the friendly receptionist, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at Urban Residences. The apartment was beautifully designed and finished, with a luxurious feel. We loved the collaboration with Alessi, as it added a unique touch to the apartment. The isolated heated slabs in the bathroom were a considerate touch. The balcony offered panoramic views of the city, which was a huge bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our baggage after we checked out. Urban Residences provided us with a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of the city.

The complementary chocolates and wine were a nice touch, and the fireworks from the window were breathtaking. the location was perfect, close to great restaurants and bars. the view from the balcony was also amazing, a perfect spot to watch the festivities.

The room was not well insulated, making it very cold. the heating system was very loud and kept us awake at night.

the check-in process was quick, neat, and the staff were kind. the location of the residence is exceptional, right in the heart of the city. the style of the apartments is simply superb, with a beautiful, functional, and state-of-the-art design. All the amenities you could need are available, and the view from the spacious yet comfortable apartment was truly breathtaking. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. Based on my two-night stay, I guarantee that staying for an extended period would be just as pleasant.

The kitchen facilities were top-notch and allowed me to easily cook my meals due to my food allergies. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The studio I stayed in was luxurious, spacious, and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
