The deluxe double room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bar staff was friendly and the prices were cheap. Convenient location for exploring Maastricht and Aachen. We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and efficient, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all facilities in great condition. In the mornings, we enjoyed a wide choice of delicious breakfast options, served by the friendly and helpful staff. The attention to detail and quality of service definitely enhanced our stay here.

This will be our last visit to this venue, as we have always had a wonderful experience in the past. However, we would still highly recommend this hotel to others based on the exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service provided.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location is perfect, surrounded by a beautiful wooded area and just a stone's throw away from the autobahn. The "pop-up" restaurant near the moat had a delightful atmosphere, and the main restaurant had a bustling energy. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a luxurious bathroom featuring a huge tub and glass shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the hotel swimming pool and gym facilities.

The gym access for hotel guests was limited due to personal trainers using the space.

Luxurious stay at a hotel with amazing beds and movement activated lights. The pop-up restaurant was surprisingly good and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location next to the highway was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. We also loved the stunning views from our room - it was so peaceful and relaxing to sit and take in the scenery.

Our experience with the staff was not great. There seemed to be a lack of employees, which led to long wait times and lines.

Attending André Rieu's summer concert was an amazing experience, filled with dance, humor, romance, and a whole lot of fun! It's a must-see event for a fantastic time with loved ones.

Having to take a taxi to get anywhere and paying a fortune for breakfast was just the cherry on top of the lovely experience. Just what I expect from a classy hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel was modern and clean with friendly personnel at the reception. The room I stayed in was spacious, classy, and very quiet. The location of the hotel was great, as it was outside the urbanized area and had a beautiful park nearby for running or walking. The breakfast buffet had excellent variety and the staff provided overall good service.
