We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location set alongside a canal was absolutely stunning, offering picturesque views and a serene atmosphere. The staff here provided top-notch service, always friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the range of amenities available, including room service, laundry, and a free shuttle service. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and take in the lovely surroundings.

The phone in the room was excessively expensive, so it's better to avoid using it. Despite the hotel's location, it was not very close to tourist attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Leiden with great facilities and a helpful staff. The location was nice, with a restaurant by the canal where I could enjoy watching boats go by on sunny days. The room was quiet, and the bed was large and comfortable. I also appreciated the nice balcony that came with the room. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices, and there were buses available for easy access to Leiden station. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience during my stay.

Despite the positive aspects, I found a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast was a bit overpriced for the quality of the products, and the plates used for serving hot items were cold, causing the breakfast to cool down quickly.
