The two complementary drinks offered at check-in were a thoughtful gesture. the hotel's location, just a short drive from the Keukenhof Gardens, was ideal for our Christmas Day outing. We also appreciated the spacious room with comfortable beds and complimentary toiletries.

Unfortunately our Christmas dinner experience was a disappointment. the food was mediocre and overpriced compared to local dining options, and the service was slow.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, treating me like a long-lost friend returning. The restaurant had a great reputation and the breakfast spread was quite comprehensive, although a bit on the expensive side. And let's not forget the delightful surprise menu and the kind lady who organized a taxi for me without me even having to ask. Such attention to detail!
