The room was clean and the staff were friendly. the A/C worked great and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is dated and could use some renovations. the service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized.

The value for the money was great, with a 4-star experience at 3-star prices. The room was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated, with precise temperature control and plenty of hot water. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with the inclusion of more continental options and fresh orange juice.

The breakfast at this hotel was excellent, offering a variety of local and international food options. The pool was also a standout feature, with crystal clear water and the perfect temperature for refreshing after a hot day in the city. The room was top-notch, providing comfortable beds for our family of four. We especially loved the welcome cookies and appreciated the security in the parking lot.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Nicaragua and it was a luxurious experience. the service was impeccable and the exclusive amenities like the casino, spa, swimming pool, and sun terrace were excellent. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing in, while the leisure/TV room was fantastic for entertainment. the public bath was an excellent touch and truly enhanced our experience.

Nonetheless, it was overwhelming how the hotel provided prompt service at the highest level.

The hotel is located in a great area, close enough to the city center without being in a blighted area. It is situated in a "wealthy area" with an average view of the city due to the architectural position of the building. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and hot water showers. The breakfast buffet is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the pool is a nice addition to the facilities.

The bar and lounge staff could use better training in hospitality and customer service.

Loved the complementary cocktail offered upon arrival, it was refreshing and enjoyable. the complementary breakfast was delicious and gave me the energy I needed to start my day exploring.

The noise level from other guests kept us from getting a good night's sleep. the walls seemed paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms.
