My stay at the hotel was perfect. The location was incredible, right on the beach in a bay surrounded by picturesque mountains. It was so convenient being close to several restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was extremely clean. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the waiter who served us was friendly and attentive.

The staff should definitely be recognized for their outstanding service and the rooms were pristine and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture. The location was perfect, being in the center of all the excitement, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We also loved the leisure facilities here, such as the outdoor swimming pool and beach access. Additionally, the hotel offered great amenities like free Wi-Fi and a welcome drink. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay enjoyable.

On the downside, we would recommend this hotel to families, as it provided a secure environment and had amenities suitable for all age groups.

The hotel staff, especially Claudia, were friendly and provided exceptional service. The room and balcony were beautifully designed and clean. The breakfast offered a selection of fresh fruits, yogurt, and juice. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the attractions. Despite some noise from the nearby disco, my overall experience at Alcazar was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
