They made me feel welcome and attended to any requests I had. the wifi connection was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my city break. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel's convenient location, within walking distance to restaurants and a shopping mall, made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.

The lack of basic amenities such as an iron, coffeemaker, and water bottles in the room. It would have been more convenient to have these available.

We had a great stay at Brandts Ejecutivo Los Robles. They were accommodating with our early check-in request for virtual meetings. the hotel has clean, new facilities with modern finishes. We appreciated the peacefulness of the location, as it is situated on a dead-end road. the convenience of having restaurants and a bar nearby made it even better. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk away from the Multicentro Shopping Mall. the staff was pleasant, and we had no issues with the wifi, comfortable bed, A/C, or hot water. We would definitely choose this hotel again.
