We stayed at a lovely hotel for 3 nights on a work trip to visit local coffee farms. the staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and the made-to-order breakfast was delicious. the rooms were cozy, the location safe, and the beds were super comfortable. the courtyard was stunning, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. the staff were helpful with organizing activities.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff at this place were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From fixing an issue with the air conditioning in our room to helping us arrange a fantastic coffee plantation tour, their attention to detail and friendly service was outstanding. Plus, the secure parking across the street was a great bonus.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the restaurant food could have been better. However, considering all the other great aspects of this hotel, this was a minor issue that did not greatly impact our overall experience.

The hotel impressed me with the modern and comfortable room as well as the stable and high-speed wifi. the breakfast was good and the hotel had a beautiful courtyard for relaxation. the hotel's location was perfect for my business trip as it was close to nearby attractions and amenities.

some maintenance issues like the noisy bathroom door and non-working closet latch were observed. However, the staff made up for it with excellent customer service, especially for arranging a tour for us.
