The hotel staff at this place were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From fixing an issue with the air conditioning in our room to helping us arrange a fantastic coffee plantation tour, their attention to detail and friendly service was outstanding. Plus, the secure parking across the street was a great bonus.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the restaurant food could have been better. However, considering all the other great aspects of this hotel, this was a minor issue that did not greatly impact our overall experience.
