I stayed at a lovely boutique hotel located on the outskirts of the capital. The hotel is conveniently situated in "Las Praderas" Shopping Center, which was great for accessing various amenities and restaurants. The room I had was comfortable and clean, with a separate living area and bedroom. The bathroom was spacious and had a luxurious soaking tub. The staff provided excellent service and the included breakfast was delicious.

The room I stayed in had no view of the outside, which was a bit disappointing.

Furthermore, the hotel had excellent facilities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the fastest we've experienced, perfect for business travelers like us. we were thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secondly, the amenities were fantastic. the pool area was lovely, and we had it mostly to ourselves during our stay. the hot tub and gym equipment overlooking the pool added an extra touch of relaxation. Lastly, the food was absolutely delicious. the dinner selection was great, and they even allowed us to order off the bar snacks menu for our little one. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a full menu and large portions. And the coffee was superb!

The noise in the corridors was quite bothersome. There were people shouting, and the walls didn't do much to block out the noise.

Disliked the lack of ventilation in the room, which gave it a closed and stuffy smell. the hairdryer was also not working, and there was no warm water.

We stayed at Hotel Contempo for a week and it was perfect for our trip to Vivian Pellas. The staff was ultra professional and the hotel was clean. The location is great, away from the urban sprawl, and well connected. The rooms are huge, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both excellent. The service we received was possibly the best we have experienced in Nicaragua.
