The hotel is conveniently located on Calle La Calzada, close to numerous restaurants, tour companies, and historic churches. The buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying, while the dinners were truly outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area provided a relaxing oasis. This place is absolutely stunning! The location is perfect, right across from an old burned out church. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive restaurant staff. The housekeeping is excellent, ensuring a spotless room with all the amenities I needed. The air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe provided enhanced comfort and convenience. I also appreciated the sitting area, ceiling fan, dining table, and patio in my room. The in-room desk was a great addition for when I had to catch up on work. The hotel really goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.

Room was bigger than expected and the pool area was lovely. Loved the garden surrounding the pool and the easy access to nearby restaurants.

We had no hot water during our romantic escape, which made showering unpleasant. One evening we asked to be directed to a local bar and the staff could not have been less helpful.
