I had a great experience staying at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was so convenient, being right in the centre of town, close to everything, and just a short walk away from the cathedral. The room I stayed in was comfortable and modern, with an amazing bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast time. Speaking of which, the breakfast provided was delicious and the service was top-notch. it was a wonderful experience.

I did notice some issues with the maintenance of the air conditioners, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room.

Convenient location near the cathedral and bus terminal. Spacious, clean rooms with AC and hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast served in a pleasant patio. Parking available nearby.

Nothing could have been better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of our room at Los Altos. The bed was cozy and the pillows were just right. The hot water in the shower was a welcome treat after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the town and some great restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious pancakes for breakfast. we had a delightful stay at Los Altos and would definitely recommend it.

I had a great experience during my business trip. the hotel’s staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They even allowed me to park my car outside the hotel when the parking lot was full. the hotel’s restaurant recommendation was awesome, and the food was delicious. the rooms were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the modern amenities offered, such as air conditioning and the complimentary Wi-Fi. I appreciated its key location, which provided easy access to the city center and other business areas.

The room’s location was quite dark, which made it difficult for me to work on my laptop. the breakfast served was not very varied.
