This was my second consecutive year staying at the hotel, and I can confidently say that I will be returning again. the hotel itself is exquisite, with beautiful views from the rooms. the staff went above and beyond when my baby got sick on the first day, showing incredible kindness and attentiveness. They asked about the baby's well-being every day, which was incredibly sweet. the food at the hotel was outstanding, particularly the delicious breakfast pancakes and my personal favorite, the Churrasco. There truly isn't anything negative I can think of about Real La Merced. I absolutely love it.

I had an amazing experience at Real La Merced in Granada. the staff, especially the lady at the front desk and Franklin at the restaurant, were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided great advice on tours and places to visit, even ones not included in their tour options. the hotel itself is a beautifully renovated old building with a stunning courtyard and swimming pool. the architecture is impressive, and the rooms on the exterior are preferred over the darker interior rooms. the location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Plaza Central. I loved everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff to the beautiful views from the rooms.

The hotel had a beautiful traditional architecture and the staff were very nice and accommodating. the rooms were also very big and the pool was gorgeous.

There were some issues with the hotel. It seemed like the hotel was newly opened as there were still air in the shower lines and some work was being done.

During my Christmas vacation in Nicaragua, I stayed in a beautifully restored hotel that offered two complimentary bottles of water and a basket of fruits upon arrival. the hotel is located in a very convenient area close to shopping and tour operators. I also loved the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds.

The breakfast was mediocre and limited to only a few items. the staff was not very attentive and did not seem to care about the guests.
