Great location near a long beach with views of volcanoes. Well-kept gardens with interesting bird visitors. Wifi better than expected, usable in room. Comfortable room with good air conditioning and fan, comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff, good food in the restaurant.

My stay at Xalli was absolutely worth every penny. The room was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with direct access to a stunning white sand beach and beautiful views of the volcanoes. The staff treated us with exceptional kindness and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was modern and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The location was beautiful with a nice view of the beach and plenty of greenery. The staff, especially Noland, provided exceptional customer service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

As for the breakfast selection, it could've been improved a bit.

Carlos and the staff were amazing and friendly. Delicious food from the restaurant. Helpful and available staff. Wide range of tours available. Instant access to bicycles. Nice seating areas inside and outside.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. We were just steps away from a beautiful, long beach with stunning views. the setting was simply breathtaking, with the volcanoes visible in the background. the well-maintained gardens attracted various colorful birds, which was a treat to observe. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and assisted us with arranging visits to other parts of the island and with our onward travel plans.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the information provided by the staff about transportation options seemed to be incorrect.

We had a fantastic stay at Xalli Beach Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to arrange an ATV rental for us, making it much easier to explore the area. The direct access to the beach was a major highlight, and the lovely garden added to the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Xalli Beach, we encountered a situation where our room was filled with bugs, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. However, the staff was quick to respond and moved us to a different room to ensure our comfort. Their dedication to guest satisfaction impressed us. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the veggie linguine. we had a good experience at Xalli Beach Hotel.

My partner and I recently stayed at Xalli Beach for four nights during our visit to Ometepe. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us with transportation, including arranging transport to and from Costa Rica. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we highly recommend eating there. We also rented a scooter which was conveniently delivered to the hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the warm lake water was a delight to swim in. If we return to Ometepe, we will definitely choose Xalli Beach again.
