Nothing to fault.

Over the Easter break, I had a decent hotel experience that met my expectations. I loved the hotel's ambience which was both welcoming and warm. The location was also convenient as it was close to key attractions within the city. Additionally, the hotel had excellent amenities like complementary brunch that guests could enjoy.

I had some negative experiences during my stay. Firstly, there was some confusion with billing where I was charged for something that was supposed to be complimentary. This was a bit annoying and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Secondly, I was disappointed to find out that some of my food items had been stolen. Although the hotel staff were polite and quick to respond to my complaints, it left a sour taste in my mouth.

The sitting area with comfortable garden furniture was a great place to relax after a long day. The free toiletries and electric kettle were thoughtful additions. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of elegance to the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious meals and drinks. The special diet menus were a welcome option. we were impressed with the attentive staff, the luxurious room amenities, and the convenient location of this hotel.
