The customer service was mind-blowing! They allowed us to stay until 4pm without charge which was super kind. The interior is amazing, with soothing colors and high-quality materials. The meals were tasty, especially the Nigerian dishes. The housekeeping staff was welcoming and the room had enough lights and charging points. The Superior room was spacious for two. Ms. Griffith at reception was a nice and professional person. a great experience!

I recently stayed at Shoregate in Lagos for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast provided was outstanding. I felt safe throughout my stay with 24-hour security on site. There was even a safe in the room for my small valuables and passport. Without a doubt, I will book at Shoregate again whenever I visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to historic sites and the airport. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, tea/coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also loved the dining table and dressing area, as well as the free toiletries, dryer, and cookware/ kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted/parquet floor made the room extra cozy. Outside, there was a lovely dining area and leisure swimming pool. The staff were attentive and provided free Wi-Fi, a car park, and exercise gym.

The suite provided was spacious and accommodated our family's needs perfectly. The hotel appeared new and very clean, with properly stacked and arranged rooms. The amenities such as iron board, kettle, fridge, and safe were a great convenience. The staff were attentive and the location was ideal, with a mini-market and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel met the standards of a 4-star establishment in the UK or US.
