Hard to think of anything.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities. the spacious rooms provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The bed linens and towels were in need of replacement as they were torn and dingy.

During my backpacking trip, I stumbled upon a brilliant hotel that left a lasting impression. The location was perfect, situated in close proximity to various attractions and amenities. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff went above and beyond, delivering exceptional service and helpful assistance. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying even the most discerning palate. Furthermore, the hotel boasted impressive facilities such as a beautiful pool and high-quality bathrooms.

One drawback was the inconsistency of hot water during the night hours.

An exceptional and grand hotel with detailed and polished service. This venue offers luxurious amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, spa lounge, and treatment room. The spa and wellness centre offers a wide range of services, including facials, massages, and body wraps. The restaurant serves special diet menus and delicious breakfast, and the room service offers exquisite and in-room breakfast. The location advantages are impeccable, providing a garden area and sun loungers for relaxation.

One minor issue encountered during my stay was the poor quality of TV channels. This hotel, for its high price, could offer more channels and better quality for its guests.

Excellent food at buffet and Grill restaurant. Helpful staff offered extra services like local dentist. High quality bathrooms and showers. Nice touches with fruit and wine on arrival and chocolates at night.

The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff at the restaurant were pleasant. There was also a pool available for use, which was refreshing on hot days. the hotel was located conveniently close to major tourist attractions.

The rooms were not well-maintained, with worn out furnishings and lack of hot water. the service was not up to par with the high price point.
