High Quality Service and Excellent Value

I appreciated the high quality service provided by the manager and the overall value for the price paid. However, the inconsistency in the breakfast inclusion and the lack of professionalism among some staff members could be improved for a more seamless guest experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with amenities including a fridge and breakfast included in the rate. The location in a residential area was perfect for relaxation while being close enough to the market.

The price-performance of this hotel is outstanding, offering a higher standard than even other 5 or 4-star hotels. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the convenience of paying with a card. The food provided was delicious and reasonably priced overall, although the breakfast selection could be a bit larger. The room itself was clean and of satisfactory standard, with regular daily cleaning. The pool area and relaxation areas were small but comfortable, and the bar area was great. What set this hotel apart for me was its adherence to the worldwide hotel guidelines and standards, making it a true 3-star hotel with exceptional quality thanks to the manager.

As young people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and lively activities at Tranquil Mews. The pool area was a great place to relax and have fun. The bar area was also a favorite hangout spot for us. The staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us.
