The hotel was super cozy and clean, with friendly staff and comfy beds. I really enjoyed the evening wine and cheese tasting, a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city. the location was spot-on, making it easy to get around and explore all the attractions nearby.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, with rooms sometimes not being available as booked. the front desk staff could be more informed and courteous.
