We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Lagos. the staff at Watercress Hotels were highly trained and incredibly warm and helpful. the property was always kept clean and had a bright atmosphere. We loved the nice pool and the tremendous air conditioning units, which were much needed in Nigeria! the hotel had a great location and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the cool layout of the hotel, with lounge areas on each floor. We also enjoyed being just a short car ride away from ikeja city mall, which was very convenient. it was a relaxing experience where we could forget about the outside world if we wanted to.

We especially loved the complimentary breakfast which offered a great selection of dishes. the location was also a plus as it was conveniently close to a shopping mall and other key attractions in the city. Lastly, we appreciated the soundproofed rooms which allowed us to rest peacefully.

Although the rooms were comfortable, the cleanliness could have been better. We noticed some areas, including behind the bed, that hadn't been cleaned in a while.
