Staying at Poinciana was a true delight. Jackie and Peter were incredibly accommodating, providing access to their fruit trees and veggie garden. The units were spacious, private, and clean, with all necessary amenities. The included rental car made exploring the island a breeze. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the cottages were spacious and clean, with fantastic facilities such as a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ area, and access to snorkeling gear. the location was amazing, close to shopping and dining options, with a peaceful view from the verandah.

The decorations in the cottages were lovely, with a cozy and homely feel that made me feel right at home. the general areas were well-kept and had plenty of comfortable seating for older guests. Accessibility was excellent, with easy navigation for seniors throughout the property. Cons: I would only ask for more assistance from the children working there for seniors needing extra help.

the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail was impressive. the location of the cottages was also great, being close to the shops, restaurants, and the airport. We particularly liked the views from the deck, which provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The lack of air conditioning, which made the temperature in the cottages quite uncomfortable at times. While the large windows and fans helped mitigate the heat, it would have been much better to have air conditioning available, especially during the hotter days.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious areas in what looks like a small cottage from the outside. The attention to detail was fantastic, with every utensil we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. We also loved the location, as it was very close to the main shops and dining options in the area. the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities were all in good condition, and we particularly appreciated the breakfast provided.
