The reception desk was not always available, causing inconvenience for guests who needed assistance or had specific questions.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, the location was perfect, the hotel was quiet and clean, the rooms were comfortable with refrigerators, and there were shared social spaces and a large bathroom.
