The location was convenient,, making explored attractions easy. Friendly staff were approachable and helped me when I had an issue, ensuring my needs were met.

Noise levels from nightlife disrupted my sleep. Also, the cleaning schedule was inconsistent, leading to unserviced rooms until later in the day.

if you enjoy being woken up by cleaning ladies at 8:40am and bass shaking your room from nearby clubs, then this is the place for you. breakfast was repetitive, too. and don’t even think about getting a complimentary upgrade for all the hassle I endured. I almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn't.

The lack of double-glazing on windows leads to buzzing noise disturbances!!! Some amenities show signs of age or wear and could really use updates!!! The confusing absence of staff presence around-the-clock raises safety concerns!!!

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet , everything was well stocked and filled me up for the day ahead. The staff was incredibly helpful , arranged my hikes and even booked transport for me , making it all seamless.

It wasn’t cheap , but for the experience I got , still felt acceptable.

But good luck getting someone at the reception! I felt like I was playing hide and seek with the staff, except I was the only one looking.

i had a great 2-night stay at havly hotell! the location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. my room was spotless with a fresh bathroom. when i needed an iron, the staff replied in under 15 minutes, which was impressive. i really enjoyed my time here, it was a lovely visit!

i had a fantastic stay at havly hotell. the standard single room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was super comfy. the hotel is really central, making it easy to explore local attractions. the staff was friendly, and one even helped me by sending a maintenance person to fix a minor issue quickly. i felt secure with the contactless check-in process too.

Great location, but the breakfast was a bit lacking and there was too much noise from nearby pubs. Chur for the comfy room, though!

Utterly satisfied

I had an awesome couple of nights here, especially enjoying the spotless room and quick response from staff when I needed an iron. The hotel offers great relaxation options like a cozy lounge area and a small wellness section to unwind. The only downside was the noise from nearby bars, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😄

i had a great three-night stay at havly hotell. the location was perfect for walking around the town, with plenty of food and drinks nearby. the reception staff were friendly, and the girl at the front desk was really cute! plus, the hotel offers great value for the price.
