We had a great experience at Clarion! the staff was incredibly friendly and their help, especially Alex, made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel had a lovely breakfast and we really appreciated the daytime snacks and evening meal that were included. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also liked the central location and the convenience of having a garage for our car. the bathroom was a good size and the room itself was quiet. We particularly enjoyed some of the unique features of the hotel, like the DIY waffle making in the reception area and the availability of movie DVDs to borrow. the view of the waterfront from our bright room was a nice touch.

The hotel is in a prime location right across the footpath, close to the central district of Haugesund. It is also conveniently situated near the shopping area in the city center. The view outside in front of the marina is breathtaking and adds to the overall charm of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-equipped, with power showers and modern amenities. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, including homemade breads and a make-your-own waffle bar. the hotel provides tea, coffee, and fruit all day, as well as a filtered water station to stay hydrated.

Some guests mentioned noise from the night life on weekends, which could be a downside for light sleepers.

The hotel we stayed at during New Year's had a great gym and the staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. the room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which made for a very memorable stay.

The first was the noise level at night. There was a club nearby, which played loud music that went on until the early hours of the morning, which kept us awake.
